Thank you, Mateo! This was my first time printing important documents and sending a fax, and I was quite nervous because I wasn’t familiar with the process. Mateo was incredibly patient, professional, and kind. He guided me through every step and even reminded me to take my fax confirmation receipt before I left, which was extremely important. My favorite business in the neighborhood. Best staff: efficient and friendly. Always enjoy coming here. Shout out to Tati for great service with a wonderful smile. I always get great service from FedEx and this location is definitely my favorite of all of them. Every employee at this location is super efficient and more importantly a wonderful person!
Dropped off a package here and staff where super helpful and friendly. Learned that if you use the self serve box you still have to go to counter to scan and drop off package
