I rarely complain or do Bad reviews. But I stepped into this fedex to print and do some photocopies. The two ladies working their had the most difficult actitud, not willing to help. If you work on service, you need to understand that patience is a virtue you have to have.
Very bad service. Although I asked 3 times for help, I received no help. In addition, they asked for $15 for printing only three pages. A real steal!!
Be careful when shipping something on Saturday. Although they say they are open until 4pm on Saturdays, you may find it locked when you go because they have an hour lunch break. And they haven't given an info about this.
