I recently had a challenging print job that I needed to have completed in a hurry from Phoenix, AZ for our Sr. VP who would be in town. Shehan, Nisha, and Abdul at the FedEx Office on 200 Varick St, NY 10014 were nothing short of helpful, courteous, and prompt. The print job was delivered on Tuesday night for the arrival of our Sr. VP on Wednesday morning at the hotel. They have exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend this location to others! :)
Shop staff is terrible! I came to the shop on 1/13/2025 around 3pm to send a letter to Europe and I was rudely treated by 2 employees who loudly laughed at me saying that this would be way to expensive and that I should go to USPS. Then, they showed me an estimate of $700 to send the letter. When I mentioned that I had just checked the price in fedex website a few min coming to the shop, and that it was about $100, I was grossly said that I should manage it myself and not waste their time.
