I used to work with FedEx regularly in the past and always had positive experiences, which is why today’s visit was disappointing. I stopped by this location on 6/8 between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. to print documents for an appointment nearby. Unfortunately, the self-service printing system repeatedly failed to generate the retrieval code after I emailed my documents, making it impossible to access them for printing.
