Very helpful staff! Eric helped us get some prints done. He was very kind and informative 10/10
Eric is absolutely amazing and helped me extensively in person and over email. His team members Alex and Alison were also so helpful and every time I visit this location it is a positive experience. Highly recommend !
Eric is hands down the nicest and most efficient customer service representative I have met in quiet some time. He had the store "on lock" when it came to handling multiple guests at once and making sure they felt heard. It was my first time going to this location and I can say as someone who has worked in hospitality for 20 years that Eric is a gem!
Eric was extremely helpful, took the time to make sure 9 complex international orders went out successfully and made me feel supported the whole way. Can’t say enough! Will be back for sure (hopefully with not as much stuff next time) Thanks Eric!
