This is the best run FedEx I’ve ever been to. Eric specifically is really amazing and he should be recognized.
This is the second time I’ve tried this Fedex location’s printing services and I remain appalled by the discourtesy of the staff and the shoddy results I receive. Today’s rushed print job ended in crumpled prints after I spent 1.5 hours for a printed service of a 100 printed copies of the files I came prepared with. Printing services aren’t cheap and I’m disappointed. Safe to say, I won’t be going back. Please have more pride in your quality of care and of your client’s printing needs.
Staff was very helpful, helped explain the different kinds of services they provide and my shipping options! Recommend using their services!
