Customer service for shipping was just not great. I won’t go back to this location based on this.
I loved working with the FedEx team at 191 Madison Ave for a recent print job at work! We had a variety of needs - from a one pager, to posters and smaller foam core signs to a trifold sign. Through email conversations to on-site pick-up Julie and her team were friendly, quick to respond, helpful with all my questions, and did a great job with our order. Location did not open on time on Sunday for pickup and caused me to be late to my next event.
