Horrible staff
If you have a choice, do not patronize this store. Go to the UPS nearby on second Avenue. The staff here is consistently rude and unhelpful, even for the most basic services. A truly unpleasant experience that I will do whatever I can to avoid in the future.
The worst service ever I don’t know why they’re always so angry or nasty when you ask them a question they act like they’re doing you a favor.
Yikes! If I could leave zero stars I would! Most of the employees at this location are hostile! Not exaggerating. HOSTILE! I do my best not to go to this location, but when I have no choice because of time constraints I brave it and put on my armor, take an anxiety pill, say a prayer and walk through the doors hoping I make it out safely.
