Gee was stellar, helped me out punctually and knew all the tech to help me with my needs.
Yeah that guy with the dreads or “locs” however you people say he’s the worst!! I asked him to ship my kat to Alaska bc I’m moving and he told me NO??!?? So rude and so nasty!! Oh and before I walked out her told me to turn around and BOOPED ME RIGHT ON THE NOSE!! I demand compensation in the form of two rolls of Susan B Anthony stamps!!
The customer service here is literally trash. You send out packages from here and they arrive to their destination empty. The employees here need to get cleared out and changed for people that actually care to do a good job.
Just used this excellent Fedex for a presentation deck print job. The coil-bound deck turned out perfect. The team was stellar . . . from the communications to the customer service. Gee, Vanessa. and Mike. All standouts. excellent staff and services every time I've utilized this FedEx location.
Worst delivery experience I have ever had. Package was sent back before the stipulated deadline. No one in the store wanted to help me. Worst customer service I have ever had in person and on the phone. Will never use FedEx again if possible.
