Just used this excellent Fedex for a presentation deck print job. The coil-bound deck turned out perfect. The team was stellar . . . from the communications to the customer service. Gee, Vanessa. and Mike. All standouts. excellent staff and services every time I've utilized this FedEx location.
Worst delivery experience I have ever had. Package was sent back before the stipulated deadline. No one in the store wanted to help me. Worst customer service I have ever had in person and on the phone. Will never use FedEx again if possible.
No surprise this location has the lowest review in the area. Staff need a complete clean-out, which corporate said is underway on the phone. Hopefully it happens. Eechoing the other reviews, hostile every time. Dreads guy G is bottom of the barrel.
Horrible staff
If you have a choice, do not patronize this store. Go to the UPS nearby on second Avenue. The staff here is consistently rude and unhelpful, even for the most basic services. A truly unpleasant experience that I will do whatever I can to avoid in the future.
