Oh my goodness I see why there are so many one stars for this location, the people there are extremely rude! And they don’t help their customers at all, I seen a very old lady that needed help doing something on the printer and she asked for help and the lady at the front desk suck her teeth and roll her eyes and never went to help her smh wow, they have an attitude and you can tell they truly hate their job! They do not follow their posted store hours. They’re supposed to open at 10:00. Ive had multiple instances of waiting for ages outside when the store is supposed to be open according to the signs on the door and the website. Awful and extremely frustrating.
Rude staff. Seems like they aren’t happy to work there.
FedEx on 20th St. 1st Avenue is one of the worst FedEx stores that I know of the staff not courteous they make you turn around when you don’t have the appropriate box or charge you for an expensive box . Had to call Walmart to complain. issue resolved with warmer
