Please! Please! Please! When speaking to individuals over the phone, it is a must you listen. There is nothing that will get done if your office staff that answers the phone is not patience enough to answer questions or at least listen. I understand that you don’t want to be on the phone but for so long but you didn’t alone me to speak for 30 seconds?! This is why you’re getting a 2. Poor communication skills.
My coworker and I came into FedEx Office needing business cards printed urgently, and even though the store was extremely busy and short-staffed, they still did their best to accommodate us. Najee was especially attentive, patient, and friendly throughout the whole process. He stayed professional despite how hectic things were and made sure we got what we needed. Really great customer service experience — thank you, Najee!
