I can’t say enough good things about this location. Vera and the entire staff are exemplary when it comes to customer service. What could easily be a stressful or headache-inducing place to visit is always smooth, efficient, and handled with care. We run a business around the corner, and Vera has been incredibly helpful with last-minute printing needs, even if it is just one page. I've been meaning to write this review for months now. I work nearby and have come to this location for a variety of printing/shipping needs. Every time the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. It's refreshing to see workers seem to actually enjoy their job and helping people. Ivory has helped me a few times and was so kind and pleasant. And more recently another woman has helped me and has given the same service. It's much appreciated.

Clean FedEx, good vibe, short lines. Vera the manager is incredibly capable. It was a bit of a detour for me to use this branch, but I think I will do that again.
