The manager, she was very patient, helpful and friendly. I did passport photos and mailing service. Everything was smooth. She was also able to explain different mailing options and pricing.

Vera is the best! When my package with my passport didn’t get delivered, Vera was so kind and helpful. I was able to track down the delivery truck and retrieve my package before my flight. When I was shipping package on a separate occasion, she tried to find the best pricing for me and checked 2 options. It’s so rare to see a customer service role show this level of care! She is a gem.
