The fact that you cannot call the store and FedEx makes it impossible to reach anyone is why they get 1 star. Not all their fault but still their fault.
I had a great experience at this location today ! Javon went out of his way to really help me with a big print job. He was kind, attentive , great eye contact and helped with several printing issues . I really appreciate that . I hope he is here every time I need to shop at FedEx. Wonderful experience today. I’ve been here multiple times, usually the staff don’t even care , but today it’s the best visit ! Cheyenne is da best staff ever ! She passionately assist me! She explained to me every detail for every step that i need to do to create the overnight envelope shipping label ! She even came to me to ensure if there’s any issue when i do the steps. Had to pop into this FedEx to print out some items. My “project” was going to involve resizing etc etc. Cheyenne and Thomas were so helpful (and professional) with their recommendations. Considering they have to deal with the public (who are always in a mad rush) I wanted to acknowledge their professionalism and kindness. I hope they receive the recognition they deserve. There was another gentleman (whose name I did not get) who was also very knowledgeable and helpful.
Had an amazing experience with a last minute large print order with this location! Super responsive and easy to work with.
