I forgot an usb at one of the printers on my business trip and emailed the store with small hope I could retrieve it. It is a sentimental item to me. The store replied quickly and coordinated to send it to my home address. Thank you Thomas J and Christopher for helping me!!!
I had such a great experience at FedEx today, thanks to Thomas! I was shipping quite a few food items to my friends and had a lot of questions about how to package everything properly. Thomas was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and helped me figure out the best way to pack and ship my items. We shipped two pieces of luggage to my daughter’s college in Maine from this FedEx location on August 8. One large suitcase, containing winter clothes and college essentials, has been missing for almost three weeks and still hasn’t arrived. This has been extremely frustrating, and after this experience, I’m not sure I would use FedEx again.
No issue with the location, but I do have issues with FedEx policies. Did you know any of the following: Did you know they don’t have to deliver your package and they can still charge you? Did you know they could tell you for a week that your package is out for delivery and it’s not? Did you know that they deceive with impunity (corporate policy according to CS)?
