Unfortunately I am aware that the staff has changed and been cut down but I just had a Horrible experience just now. The scanners aren't working while getting a 5 dollar pre authorization charge - when I asked when they will be working without any sign the young lady was disgustingly rude to me!!!! I asked if I could have more assistance with the scan and I was told a hard NO. I didn't get her name but I wanted to let you all know immediately how nasty and rude she was to me !!!!!
Rogerio is fantastic. He turned around a very last-minute printing and binding request without hesitation. He made a stressful deadline a non-issue — a huge win to my team.
Rogerio the manager made my day and my wife's first mothers day. Not only did he go above and beyond for me as a customer of Fedex, he went beyond anything close to what I'd expect from someone I'd never met. I walked in overhwlemed trying to get a speical menu written & printed for my wife the afternoon before Mother's Day to accompany her breakfast in bed meal.
