I work nearby and weekly visit this FedEx location. It is always a big disappointment due to the store manager and the staff. Yesterday, I asked for 3 different shipping supplies (padded pack, extra large express box, and large express box) and they had NONE! I had to take a bus and go to another FedEx location to get the shipping supplies to mail out my 2 packages. The store manager was rude (as usual) and incompetent, and hasn't mastered the skill of ordering enough supplies so that customers do not have to run around NYC ... read more
Customer service is terrible at this place. They talk to you and look at you like they are giving you a favor. Never a good experience.
If I could get zero star, I would! I had been to this location before but everything is fine! Until today (4/15/25) at 2.00 pm, 2 workers ladies, they does not want to help. I asked for a box which I seems to bother her - i also said sorry for bothering her (but they're working?). She gives me an attitude when I asked for a specific size of the box.
