Where is Faukman??
Didn’t want to help at all. Was told customers need to go through a legal document to provide a code for custom. Never been asked to provide such a code before. Also after I provided the city name and zip code, the staff member said that city doesn’t exist in their system, so the fedex system here can’t find the international city where I lived for a decade. The conclusion is the staff member didn’t want to help and didn’t want to do it…
Extremely hard to find and then they ask for extra handling fee. Wastage of time and effort.
Don’t waste your time, this is not a normal FedEx location. They charge a fee on a prepaid packages, it’s a joke. 😂
