They charge 4$ drop off fee cuz they in a hotel...7/1/25
Tried to charge me a “handling fee” to give me MY envelope after my husband paid $80 to overnight it to me. This place is literal trash.
First time using this place and we needed to print something out. This worker “R” was moody and not so helpful. He seem annoyed we asked for some help. Unprofessional worker. Also there’s only one person working there and he took his time before coming to us knowing we need help. Come on, I know it’s a crappy raining day Monday. Cheer up! Have a nice day.
Charging $4 additional for a prepaid drop-off. This is not a regular FedEx location. Also not easy to get to through the hotel to the basement.
Charges $10 fee if dropping off a prepaid label. My guy, it's already paid for, what do you mean there's an extra fee? Charge it as overage to the person who purchased the label, don't extort the person who had to go out of their way to drop it off. Absolutely ridiculous policy.
