Extremely hard to find and then they ask for extra handling fee. Wastage of time and effort.
Don’t waste your time, this is not a normal FedEx location. They charge a fee on a prepaid packages, it’s a joke. 😂
This place is charging a handling fee for returning any fedex packages.
Located in the basement of Sheraton Time Sq Hotel, this FedEx is weird, so say the least. They charge a package pick up fee. $4 per package that you have to pick up. Absurdity at its finest! If anyone is considering staying at Sherton Time Sq Hotel - DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING TO THE HOTEL!
First of all, you will never find this unless you ask. It's in the basement with no signage until you are at the actual door. It's not floor 1 as Google says, it's below the ground floor. Secondly, they charge an additional fee, even to drop off a package with an existing paid label, how dumb is that? The staff were nice and I think they know the policy sucks.
