Location is not that obvious, no signs or anything, had to use other reviews to find the place. But the service was great. Stuff is nice and helpful - I needed printing and photo services, they don’t do photos but they recommended another location and helped finding it. Additionally, this location opens earlier than other, which was very convenient.
Not recommended. Unable to waive fees not listed on anything. Unhelpful staff. Staff should get training for customer service.
Called ahead and spoke to Valery to say I was coming to drop off when other location was closed (and advertised open) and had already purchased labels. She did not mention I’d be charged $8 for the privilege until I’d already arrived. Borderline extortion…
They charge you extra to use their services. It would be helpful if the website explicitly warned you that they add on extra fees for using this location. Beware and avoid this location.
Because the location is in a hotel (7th floor), they charge a fee for drop off (even if you have a prepaid label). Not the fault of anyone working there, but a ridiculous practice. Do better, FedEx/Marriott.
