Absurdly hard to find and charge for drop off.
It's just nice to come into the hotel and experience and quiet and peaceful location!! It's on tte 7th floor!!
You shouldn't have to pay of handling fee to drop off a package at a FedEx store regardless of where it is. The excuse that it's in a hotel somehow makes this place different? I've never heard of a practice like this before. I've already paid for the label
