terrible fedex, denies my package for "too loosely packed"? It's a clothing return. Never heard this in my life, walked down the street and went to the other fedex.
I had an absolutely exceptional experience at the FedEx Office on 50 W 20th St. The customer service was truly above and beyond! I needed to ship a hockey stick, which I expected to be a complicated process because of the size and shape, but the team made everything completely seamless. There was a young African American male worker with braids working there after 5pm on 07/31/2025 who was EXTREMELY rude! I asked him to come from behind the counter to assist me with printing he said: “I don’t have to do anything” & did not assist me at all! Horrible customer service. I won’t be returning ever again. If I could give this ZERO stars I would’ve!
