There was a young African American male worker with braids working there after 5pm on 07/31/2025 who was EXTREMELY rude! I asked him to come from behind the counter to assist me with printing he said: “I don’t have to do anything” & did not assist me at all! Horrible customer service. I won’t be returning ever again. If I could give this ZERO stars I would’ve!
The photo is taken after watching this man stand there ignored by 2 employees. The employee on the phone seen in the photo and a girl behind him. I felt bad and was about to help the guy myself- the girl looked at him and back at what she was doing. The customer waved, made a little noise, put his package on the scale and FINALLY the girl ask “can I help you”. Staff doesn’t follow directions the concern is driving up number and not customer engagement. Minus the young lady she was helpful.
