I scanned and sent a package from this Fedex branch myself. The package should have been 1.8 kilos but when I checked the tracking number it showed 250 grams. Someone opened it and stole $1250 worth of product. I don't know at what stage they did this. I called Fedex customer service. They told me to make a claim on their website, but since I didn't create the shipping label, the seller created the label, their system only allows the person who created the label to do so, so they won't let me make a claim. Stopped by this FedEx next to my work to ship out some documents. Very friendly associate at the counter, helped me to create the package labels and seal the whole thing. Marked the tracking number for each package. I was lucky no one was in front of me, was out of the store in 10 minutes. The cost was very friendly, for 2 day guaranteed delivery for a document envelope, it was less than $10 each. The store in general is clean. Lots of printing and packaging goods available. FedEx’s online experience is absolutely terrible but the ladies who run this location are absolutely fabulous. They are always helpful and nice. Thank you to the two women who were working today, March 1 at 5:30 PM !!!
