Workers are so nice! Unfortunately giving 1 star because, one worker I believe her name is Shnaya was being so rude to her team. If you’re going to talk to your team make sure it’s in a private area but to talk to your own workers like that while customers are present? Very unprofessional. Workers should report her. Don’t be having nobody talk to you any type of way! FedEx you guys need to start caring for your workers this is unacceptable.
Clean organized store. Staff extremely helpful with order and expedited my print job!
The store is clean, organized and the staff very efficient and helpful (especially Anndrew). Taking one star off because of the wait time on certain hours of the day due to understaffing it seems.
