Shana gave me outstanding customer service coupled with kindness for not just one but TWO print orders. There was another person (Tony? Matt?) who was also exceptional.

The print service doesn't work. You add your credit card and go to open Google drive or something and it keeps giving you are you a robot notifications. Then the employees say they don't know anything about that. $10 for that 1st class experience
First time at a FedEx so me and the person I was with were confused at what to do. We come in, employees are in the back and see us but do not greet or acknowledge us. We finally figure out what to do, without their help. When we stepped away from the counter, that's when an employee came to the front. We were still ignored.
