Every time I come here there’s only one person working. You send me an email saying my print is ready for pick up then I have to wait in a line for 20 minutes? And then someone walks in at 9:59 and goes to the print counter and I ask if I can pick up print and he says, no I’m not on the clock yet.
This review is for understaffing the Union Square NYC location with only 1 employee to manage all printing, packing and shipping customers. This employee was at his breaking point, lashing out at customers with rude remarks, ignoring the increasingly long lines. And I don't blame him. A company with nearly $100B in annual revenue should not be understaffing high traffic locations.
No longer open on Sunday’s it seems. :(
Pete was extremely helpful with service and very professional with helping me with my package today. Definitely will come back for further shipping at this location thanks Pete!
