I just left this FedEx without even shipping my items because the woman working there was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She wasn’t wearing a name tag, but she was a Black woman with dreads that's always there. What’s frustrating is I’ve shipped here before and she helped me then, so I guess it just depends on what kind of mood she’s in whether she decides to be helpful or not. Andrew was a great help! I came in confused on the best way to ship some documents and he was able to assist me perfectly and didn’t make me feel dumb (which has happened at other locations). thank you!
Shantanae (pardon the misspelling if so) was a great help! Had an issue with the self service printer and she helped resolve it with ease even though the line started to build because of a tech issue. I always like this location for its convenience but great customer service is what makes it worth coming back to!
Employees are so rude here. Don’t bother asking them for any help, they don’t want to provide it.
