Disorganized and rude staff
Got there TWO HOURS BEFORE CLOSING and it was closed. Couldn’t get any of the signage I paid for & had gotten emails saying they were ready for pick up! Guess we won’t have any of the signs we paid for or put tons of effort into for my sister’s baby shower tomorrow AM. I have a business printing account at FedEx and will be moving it to Staples. What a disgrace.
Terrible experience! I printed some images myself, but the photocopy machine misaligned the photos. I asked to have them reprinted, but the older staff member insisted it couldn’t be the machine’s fault—it had to be mine! Later, he checked and saw that the error was in fact caused by the machine, but he never apologized. He was extremely rude. Also, the paper cutter is broken and ruined all of my photos. I didn’t make a fuss, but I will never go back.
