I want to give a genuine shout out to the people running this store. I was sweating and rushing to print out a few pages for a mock trial I was about to participate for my job being held in Fordham Law School (they didn't give access to the printers). The young lady and man who operated the store couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful to me. Please consider this store over the other print shops in the area, it was so much better than the competition.
FedEx has become one of the most frustrating companies I have ever dealt with as a customer. Over the past year alone, I have experienced repeated delivery failures, missed delivery attempts, constantly changing delivery estimates, poor communication, and multiple situations involving packages worth thousands of dollars that disappeared while in FedEx’s possession. I just experienced the worst customer service ever today I nicely asked to print a couple sticky labels for a shipment I created online and the answer was the system doesn’t allow me to print them even though I was there yesterday and another customer service lady was able to print 7 of them I’m on the process of moving to a different state and needed to ship a lot of luggage’s. I had to walk down from 72nd st to 56th street 8th Ave to print those labels.
I tried to print my documents using Print & Go, but the files kept generating errors, and I was about to give up. However, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Although I am not fluent in English, he took the time to assist me patiently and treated me with great care. Thanks to his help, I was able to get my documents printed. Thank you very much!
