Use this location multiple times a month and they are always on it. I’m mostly shipping two day packages and I always am happy with the services here. Everyone is super cool and efficient. Review from 2025: Absurdity of the service staff continues. Jose, assistant branch manager, refused to accept a package in plastic bag claiming it’s not a shipping bag. After questioning what defines a shipping bag, he couldn’t articulate it for 5 minutes. Furthermore, he said he will have to spend $3.25 buying their plastic bag that have a place to put a label on. We popped in to ship some things back home and also to utilize a scanner. PACK & SHIP: The male associate who helped us pack our box was so friendly and down to earth. Unfortunately the price to ship our little bundle of joy came out to $89 because they offer only two shipping options to Hawaii - next day and 2nd day (the one we chose.) The staff is pleasant, but I just got charged almost $4 per bag for two returns for which I had a QR code but no bag. I’ve gotten bags for free from them in the past, so the charge was baffling. The worst part is that I was told about the charge only after the bags had been used and the labels stuck on them, so I couldn’t just cancel the mail-ins and return to store. The guy seemed surprised when I told him he should have disclosed the charges from the get go. Very disappointing experience.
