Had the absolute best FedEx experience I’ve ever had yesterday. I needed something printed FAST and I called to see if they could help. Irvin answered the phone and was so sweet. He called me back when my order was ready. Super friendly. Then I got to the store and Danielle was running the busy floor like a well oiled machine. She was so kind but getting things done! The assistant manager, I think John, was super sweet as well. It was busy but everyone in the store was treated with kindness and efficiency. I was blown away.
Danielle was super nice and helpful with my shipping request. Everything took like 5 minutes. Definitely going there from now on!
The staff are extremely rude and don't care about anything. Never gonna ship anything from this FedEx location
Excellent staff — calm, efficient, and genuinely helpful when my Print&Go code didn’t work. They quickly found a solution and made the whole process completely stress-free.
I’m gonna start off by saying that from my personal past experiences- fedex has been THE worst to deal with … BUT… there’s a but just keep reading …. BUT… the manager Hugh at this location has made me change my views and perspective on fedex…. Always A1 services , always a smile on his face, always positive and uplifting energy and will always be happy to take care of you, no matter how complicated your request might be.
