Rakeem is a lifesaver!
The store manager at this location rocks — he is incredibly helpful and kind. I had issues with passport expediting and he didn’t hesitate to go extra lengths to put me in touch with the right staff and let me speak with the expediting service directly. A woman who was another staff member was also very warm and helpful. Posting publicly because I know these jobs are hard, and these guys deserve a raise!!
John behind the counter was incredibly kind and patient even though I had no idea what I was doing. I won't hesitate to come back to any location where John is working for my future shipping needs.
John is, by far, the kindest, most helpful person, let alone FedEx employee, I had the pleasure of meeting last weekend. He expertly packed everything I needed to be sent out (to multiple locations, no less) and everything arrived in excellent condition on time. He made the whole process so quick and painless. I can honestly say that is the first time I’ve ever left a FedEx with a bigger smile on my face than the one I had when I went in.
