The worst FedEx location and customer service! I understand retail can be stressful, but professionalism and basic courtesy should still apply. I expect better from FedEx.
First of all, she ignored me for a few minutes. I just stand there at the counter and waited for her. She didn’t say hi. She didn’t say I’ll be with you in a minute or anything… she simply glanced at me with an attitude, and then when I asked for something she started yelling. The most rudest unprofessional!
