Poor management with tones of racial discrimination from all-Black staff.
The guy was so rude for no reason and super unhelpful. I paid 5 dollars for nothing ended up going to another fedex. Don't waste time here.
There was a line to self print. Instead of wanting to assist their customers in moving them out the door by printing their items due to the inconvenience of a line they demanded a surcharge to provide no added service. Trash customer service.
Totally agree with some of the other reviews. I know the UES can be a tough crowd but I’m cool. My last experience makes me want to pull my business account. It’s obvious FedEx isn’t taking care of their people. They’re either in the back congregating or abysmally miserable. Do better.
