The employees here actively fight with each other while ignoring customers waiting for help
Rude and condescending lady at the desk this morning. Bad attitude and poor customer service. This is your job, lady. We as paying customers are not asking you any favors. It’s literally YOUR JOB. If you’re in a bad mood, please don’t take it out on us. And to all the other customers… spare yourselves the waste of time. Save your money, and go to a different location. That lady needs some serious training in customer service.

I agree with others- terrible attitude and customer service. Woman at the desk this morning was rude and short with a very kind military service member who had a simple question. I understand the job is likely difficult but the location wasn’t even busy at the time. I received similar dismissive treatment and was made to wait a long time for no apparent reason. If you are unhappy with your job and or hate being in a customer service role it is up to you to make a change, others are not to blame for that.
