Yesterday, I went here to send a parcel! The tall and plump female clerk in the store seriously discriminated against me because I couldn't speak English! Her attitude towards me was extremely bad. I just couldn't speak English, but I didn't fail to understand anything! I went there twice, and both times she was yelling at me and making fun of me in English! On the second visit, she deliberately refused to serve me because I couldn't speak English! She kept yelling at me and making fun of me.
They did me a huge favor and Toney in particular is charming and helpful!
I had a really lovely man help me at the front desk, very positive experience!
I’ve only had wonderful experiences here and will specifically go out of my way to ship things from this location. Shout out Jared, whose attentiveness and positive attitude are so appreciated!
