Came in to print something. When I asked if there was an email if I could send the document to, the woman working at the counter, Nadia, gestured to the self-print and rudely said “ya gotta read” and the turned away. Very disrespectful and lazy customer service.
I had a slightly unusually shaped print job and I came in thinking it would be a hard process but Katrice was so helpful from the start she gave me all the steps. And then they found out their back of house industrial printer was down. She was going to send me to another Fedex location about 15 blocks away but she was like, maybe we could make it work on the self printer at the front of the store. Yesterday, I went here to send a parcel! The tall and plump female clerk in the store seriously discriminated against me because I couldn't speak English! Her attitude towards me was extremely bad. I just couldn't speak English, but I didn't fail to understand anything! I went there twice, and both times she was yelling at me and making fun of me in English! On the second visit, she deliberately refused to serve me because I couldn't speak English! She kept yelling at me and making fun of me.
They did me a huge favor and Toney in particular is charming and helpful!
