Most unhelpful service desk person. Asked times to help with printing, kept pointing me at the instructions which I had followed 5 times
Needed some help at this location for a basic print job and Krissy, one of their staff, went out of her way to help and make sure I got exactly what I came in for. She really went out of her way and was super polite. Thanks FedEx!
