This location has the best customer service I have received in awhile, Lachaka was so nice and helpful with my printing I needed done in a timely manner. Eric and Lachaka was both very informative about what I asked and needed. Keep up the great service here I will be returning in the future.
I have been using this fedex for more than 2years and I have never had any issues. Going there to print and go today and I met two new faces, a guy and a lady was the worst thing to do. Getting a retrieval code was difficult , the guy said it take time to get and I was like ok, after 10 minutes still no code I tried it again and still no code. I asked the lady what can be the problem and the lady ignored me, all she kept on talking about with the other worker was her husband this her husband that, what she will wear and colo... read more
