When I arrived to collect my package, they were unable to locate it. What was even more concerning was that the employee assisting me appeared unsure of the proper procedure. He actually took me next door to the Panera Bread location and asked their employees if they had seen or received my package. At that point, I did not fully understand what was happening, but it became clear that they did not know where the package was or how to properly handle the situation.
