I usually had decent service at this location but NOT this time! I was there on a Friday morning around 8. Nobody was in the store and there was only one female clerk (first name starts with a G) hiding in the back. I was dropping off two pre-paid heavy large boxes and only needed a receipt. I told her what I needed and she pointed at the self-serve station "use that!". I told her the boxes are too large and heavy to use that scanner. Very appreciative of all the help i’ve received from everyone at this location when shipping. Fast, attentive and PATIENT!
Very poor service at this store. Today, only one of the self-service copiers was working, and the person using it was having trouble. She asked the employees for help three times, but they didn't help her.
