This location was very customer oriented. Upon walking in I was greeted with a smile and Ms. Tamika came over to see what I needed assistance with, she assisted me with my box, then guided me over to Ms. Iris who assisted me with shipping my package. Both ladies was such a pleasure to interact with the entire team and vibe in this store was a very positive experience. The transaction was very fast, no long waits at all. I usually had decent service at this location but NOT this time! I was there on a Friday morning around 8. Nobody was in the store and there was only one female clerk (first name starts with a G) hiding in the back. I was dropping off two pre-paid heavy large boxes and only needed a receipt. I told her what I needed and she pointed at the self-serve station "use that!". I told her the boxes are too large and heavy to use that scanner.
