Came here to drop off a package and despite the package being nearly completely full of books was told I would have to pay for filler to have it shipped. Obviously, I refused the blatant money grab and walked over to Postnet who without question taped it up and will have it shipped. Would highly recommend against using this location as they will find ways to charge you extra money. This was a prepaid package and was just dropping off. For some reason, this location regularly parks an empty FedEx truck directly in front of their store, blocking an entire lane on 15th Street during evening rush hour. With hazard lights flashing at a major intersection, traffic backs up for multiple blocks. Convenience, perhaps? On call for a potential shipping emergency? We may never know.
