Second week in a row I’ve driven 9 miles here to ship items on a Saturday jut for them to be closed??? Why are you closed for MORE THAN AN ENTIRE HOUR during your business hours. Maybe hire an adequate number of staff, or fire the incompetent ones who can’t keep the store open.
The people that work here are very lazy they closed earlier than suggested times.
$12.18 for a medium box is absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be more prepared next time
Garbage customer service. The girl working there can even get up from her desk to scan a simple return package, even when there is literally no one else but one client there. Don't waste your time, clearly they don't want to do their job and don't mind wasting clients time.
