Garbage customer service. The girl working there can even get up from her desk to scan a simple return package, even when there is literally no one else but one client there. Don't waste your time, clearly they don't want to do their job and don't mind wasting clients time.

Sat at home for 3 days in a row waiting for a package that has to have a signature. Because they don’t want to have to carry it up the stairs they didn’t knock or ring my doorbell but instead put a door tag claiming they attempted delivery on my door. This is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I’d rather get a call saying they don’t want to have to carry my package because they think it’s too heavy and just go pick it up myself then literally wait by my door for no reason. Arrived to the store location around 2 PM, and noticed the at lunch sign. Around 3 PM lady aged around 25 - 30 with brown hair and African American complexion unlocks the store. I approach the store, but was told by her that she is still on lunch break and try the UPS store. I believed her seeing that she probably meant well, and received directions from her. Got a babysitter just to come to fed ex to do some shipping at 1:15 PM and the sign says out to lunch till 2:30 pm, over an hour for lunch?? People sitting outside waiting 45 min now, ridiculous
