I ship with this FedEx weekly, and the past 4 visits the store has a “closed for 10 minutes” sign. Last time I waited 30 minutes before leaving. Update hours properly.

Second week in a row I’ve driven 9 miles here to ship items on a Saturday jut for them to be closed??? Why are you closed for MORE THAN AN ENTIRE HOUR during your business hours. Maybe hire an adequate number of staff, or fire the incompetent ones who can’t keep the store open.
The people that work here are very lazy they closed earlier than suggested times.
$12.18 for a medium box is absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be more prepared next time
