Today I would like to give Ankita,, Robin, Eric and Jamellah all 5 Stars for their fantastic customer service. Everyone went above and beyond to assist me. I was impressed by how knowledgeable, fast paced, kind and respectful the associates were. I would definitely recommend this location.
I have visited a couple of times for printing services. The copy machines have all been working both times I've been there and there is not wait to use them. There's plenty of parking and someone around in case you need help. I don't know how helpful or friendly they are, I haven't interact with anyone there and I don't even remember if I have been greeted on my way in but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that if I were to need help they will be happy to assist me.
Dropped my wallet in the parking lot and was trying to talk to management at 8pm on the dot and they looked at me through the entrance window and ignored me, very unprofessional and distasteful if you don’t like dealing with customers quit your job
Driver shows up at 10:30 at night 3 days late already with a package that requires signature delivery , called customer service (separate joke that is) and no resolve or recourse for just incomplete, incomplete service, how FedEx does the amount of business they do with the amount of negative reviews and 1 star overall ratings is crazy ! The CEO down should be ashamed. Maybe I’ll get the package but who the hell knows
I've had mixed experiences with FedEx Office locations in general, but this particular one has always been good. Special thanks to Emily for her help today.
