Henil was at this location and provided quality service for a person lost on the computer and no clue of how to be found. Nice and clean location as well.
I had two large boxes and two international letter to ship asap. Henil was fantastic - even when I had to reopen the boxes to pull out books needed before the shipment could arrive. Appreciate all of the help. Thanks
I had a terrible experience at this FedEx location. I ended up waiting almost an hour just to be helped, even though the lobby wasn’t that busy. The staff seemed disorganized, and no one bothered to update customers or acknowledge the long wait. When I finally reached the counter, the service felt rushed and unfriendly, as if my time didn’t matter at all.
