I had a terrible experience at this FedEx location. I ended up waiting almost an hour just to be helped, even though the lobby wasn’t that busy. The staff seemed disorganized, and no one bothered to update customers or acknowledge the long wait. When I finally reached the counter, the service felt rushed and unfriendly, as if my time didn’t matter at all. I was told to scan a heavy package myself at the door. One of the workers here clearly avoids doing their job and wastes time with unnecessary things instead of helping customers. If I have to scan and handle heavy items myself, I don’t understand why they are even working here. The service is completely unacceptable — this employee should not be kept in this position given their attitude and lack of effort.

Today I would like to give Ankita,, Robin, Eric and Jamellah all 5 Stars for their fantastic customer service. Everyone went above and beyond to assist me. I was impressed by how knowledgeable, fast paced, kind and respectful the associates were. I would definitely recommend this location.
