I have visited a couple of times for printing services. The copy machines have all been working both times I've been there and there is not wait to use them. There's plenty of parking and someone around in case you need help. I don't know how helpful or friendly they are, I haven't interact with anyone there and I don't even remember if I have been greeted on my way in but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that if I were to need help they will be happy to assist me.
Dropped my wallet in the parking lot and was trying to talk to management at 8pm on the dot and they looked at me through the entrance window and ignored me, very unprofessional and distasteful if you don’t like dealing with customers quit your job
Driver shows up at 10:30 at night 3 days late already with a package that requires signature delivery , called customer service (separate joke that is) and no resolve or recourse for just incomplete, incomplete service, how FedEx does the amount of business they do with the amount of negative reviews and 1 star overall ratings is crazy ! The CEO down should be ashamed. Maybe I’ll get the package but who the hell knows

I just stopped into this FedEx cuz I needed a lamination done I had two lamination that I needed and I bring in two copies I asked Richard where was the elimination machine and he said it was over there but I got your lamination machine there wasn't any instructions so I pulled out the paper and I put my paper in there and I laminated and it came out wrinkle so I went back over to Richard say my paper came out wrinkle he said oh you supposed to put it in there now he's showing me how to do it this second time around okay I s... read more
