Horrible experience I ordered a banner printed for my business, but they charged me for a design I didn't like. It took them two weeks just to tell me that if I wasn't happy with it, the process would take even longer. The communication was terrible; I never received a single email letting me know when it was ready.
Just came to try to pick up a print order, and 2 employees, a uniformed gentleman and a woman in business clothes were on a computer at the front desk when I walked up. They saw me, ignored me, the gentleman went in n about his business, and the woman never looked at me, but said “can you hold on a second?” Okay… sure. But then she just kept doing stuff on the computer and then called back to the previous gentleman saying “can you see what these people need?” as if I’m not standing 6ft away, and then she just walks off.
