I was in and out nice and quick. Jenny and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
Do not, under any circumstances, use FedEx for any services. I have been attempting to receive a package for nearly a week. In that time, I have spent over an hour on the phone with their support, and have received contradictory information each time. I have been told by their automated system that the package was in route to my address, only to be told less than five minutes later by a support technician that it is being held at their warehouse which is inaccessible from my apartment. Terrible and overpriced service. Payed $300 to ship personal belongings just to be called hours later and advised that they can not be shipped. Don’t trust FedEx!
Open only to hotel guests. Adds a $4 "service fee" on shipments, like all Fedexes in hotels. Shouldn't even be on the map.
