Terrible and overpriced service. Payed $300 to ship personal belongings just to be called hours later and advised that they can not be shipped. Don’t trust FedEx!
Open only to hotel guests. Adds a $4 "service fee" on shipments, like all Fedexes in hotels. Shouldn't even be on the map.
If you're staying at the Sheraton, your items get sent here. Then they charge you $4-$55 PER PACKAGE to pick them up. So if you get three 1/2 pound packages from Amazon, it's $12 just to pick up the items you already purchased. I've never seen a scam like it from a reputable hotel brand. Use one of the Amazon lockers nearby instead.
