Came in to print some important documents in a time crunch. Alex was enthusiastic about helping me despite being busy and was very helpful and went out of his was to help me despite this.
Weirdly expensive. Paid 392 USD for 2 average material posters which is around 4 times higher than other places.

Do not, under any circumstances, use FedEx for any services. I have been attempting to receive a package for nearly a week. In that time, I have spent over an hour on the phone with their support, and have received contradictory information each time. I have been told by their automated system that the package was in route to my address, only to be told less than five minutes later by a support technician that it is being held at their warehouse which is inaccessible from my apartment.
