FedEx has been a total FAILURE recently. Years ago I ordered a computer from Alienware, and I kept getting a "sorry we missed you" notice...Come to find out the delivery guy wasn't even making an attempt to deliver my computer..and that's what the "district manager" told me as he gave me my package (computer) that was almost a week late ("Overnight" was the selected service). Brought in a package that was already paid for & had a label. They wouldn’t accept my package because ‘it looked like it went 10 rounds with Muhammed Ali.’ Mind you, It was a brand new box never before used wrapped in protective plastic. He never got within 6 feet of my package to look at it, must have some prejudice towards plastic or an extra layer of protection because as soon as I walked in the door he refused it.
