I wanted to share my disappointment regarding the service I received at your store recently. The employee working at the counter with earrings and tattoos was incredibly rude and unprofessional during my visit. I came in to simply ship a small box, yet his attitude suggested I had asked him to personally deliver it for me. He seemed far more interested in chatting with his coworkers than assisting me. Was about to go ship a package here but then remembered the terrible customer service and rude employees last time I went. Go to UPS on Ventura and Woodman instead because they are always super nice over there
Horrible service.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a rude man talk down to me and my wife, up charged me, then messed up the shipping details so our Christmas packages showed up late. I'm never going here again, and emplore folks to avoid this location at all costs.
