I just wanted to thank the Assistant Manager Zoe. I to have some special vows printed and she helped me to select the design and the paper. She was so patient with me and treated me as a special customer even though it was very busy. FedEx is lucky you have such an employee.
Fedex Printing center on Sepulveda Blvd in Van Nuys its one of the best locations in Costumer Service attention. The staff is super attentive and knowledgeable. They greet you at your arrival and help costumer every step of the way. Today I had a challenge on my printing needs quite challenging situation. The manager ZOE stopped ( eventhough she had a lot of work) her current duty to assist me , walk me through and then the assigned another FedEx assistant GINA to be by my side making sure , I got all my work done successful... read more
Easy return also I didn't know they have printing service and fax
This place is SO HELPFUL. They were incredibly kind and helped me through three different prints. First my image was pixilated. Then it was too large. Then I picked the wrong paper. But Leslie and Zoey helped me get things sorted. Then when I picked my order up and Scott was super friendly. Anywhere else would have just printed the first image without asking me. But these folks made sure I got what I needed. Will totally be going again!
DO NOT SHIP TO THIS BRANCH! Recently shipped a long box that was just supposed to be a regular drop off with a label already paid then whoever the girl was at the counter had the nerve to say the box wasn't acceptable for shipping just because it had a slight bulge even though the box was already properly taped and secured. So she charged me to buy another one of their boxes for extra charge. I've shipped many times here before and even with the post office and UPS and they always accepted any shape/form of boxes no matter t... read more
