Low efficiency. Bad customer service, but it could be worse. It's not really the employee's fault, but the company as a whole

I've been here a few times and have always had a good experience. Today the girl was really nice who helped me, she could have sent me back home to reprint a label that I poorly printed but instead she printed it for me. I said thank you and she said no worries.. I thought that was really cool. 🙏 Thanks
