Okay so i went in to send a document to Italy. I asked her when's the soonest my daughter will receive it and she asked for the zipcode so i gave her the full address,she started typing the address and kept making mistakes like she didn't put it how the street name is spelled and the second time she didn't put the house number. After she got the correct address she said if everything looks okay please press confirm/agree and there was a surcharge of 82$ so i asked what was that for she said its a charge for international shi... read more
