I lost my package, it says delivered, but i haven’t got it, no delivered picture proof. Complaint on website/app, talking with stupid robot, ask same question. 🤬 DON’T USE THIS COMPANY !!!

Clean and fast
Extremely poor customer service from the man working on July 22, 2025, at 6:30 PM. He refused to assist me over the phone and abruptly hung up, saying that if I needed pricing information, I had to go to the website myself. In the past, I’ve received quotes or estimates over the phone without issue, but this time he just said, “I’m alone, I can’t help you,” and disconnected the call. He never answered again. Completely unprofessional.
