Forgot to catch the name of the lady working Saturday morning. So calm and collected. Very easy transaction that had me in out before I could even think about what could have gone wrong. Coming back here for sure whenever I need to ship a luggage.

Refused to accept package because it contained lithium batteries. That part I understand. The employee then directed me to drive miles away to a regional shipping center. I get there and wait nearly a half hour to be told they also will not take it. I wasted well over an hour of my day for nothing and I still haven't been able to ship my package. This was terrible service.
