This location use to be outstanding. Now the workers clearly come across as that do not want to be there. I have gone to this location many times but lucky there are others locations close. Retraining needs to be done on customer service Gives FEDEX a bad reputation

I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx Office inside Walmart on Kuykendahl Rd in Tomball. I needed to print 2 pages (about $0.30 total). When I arrived, the self-service printer was occupied by another customer for a long time (over 30 minutes). I waited, but it became clear it would take much longer. The employee suggested I email the document so she could print it. I agreed. However, I was then charged an additional $2.50 “full-service” fee.
