Brandy, the location manager could benefit from some training. She expressed that she did not understand the meaning of the word “ domestic “. Previous receipt, commercial invoice and label printed out in English in Brandy’s hand and she could still not get the job done.This location unable to process international document parcel. Is this not FedEx’s bread and butter? Give this location a pass. Hopefully FedEx will train up the staff at this location.

They close at 1 PM on Saturdays for lunch, but this isn’t clearly stated in the posted schedule. It should definitely be included to avoid confusion
Took two medium shipping boxes on Christmas Eve 2024, were delivered by 11am day after Christmas. This was great as I did not pay for rush delivery and grands got a second day for presents. Was less than the price of gas to physically drive the packages myself. Went from Kuykendahl location at Walmart to the Dallas area. Employees were friendly, courteous and helpful during one of the busiest times of year for shipping.
Shipped with you once and have been in for copies at least a dozen times. Staff has always been both helpful and accommodating.
