Worst customer service in the world!!! Use UPS better! People in here don't want to work sending customers to a machine to print labels and it doesn't even work!! Horrible wish I could Give Zero stars!!!!!
Had qr code from tik tok where it says fedex will label and package the item. Brough this tiny box to Erica and she acts brand new. She said I cant put the label on this too small box. It says fedex is responsible for packaging it. Goes back anf fourth. She then pulls out a plastic bag and says it is free. Why make me go back and fourth when you know your job.
Worst service. Very rude. Just go to any other location.
I came to FedEx needing help printing games for my upcoming baby shower, and the experience was truly exceptional. I was immediately greeted upon entering, and the manager went above and beyond to make sure my order was just right. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and helped me determine the best printing options for my needs. The customer service was stellar — thoughtful, patient, and kind.
