I agree with the other reviews. Customer service, specifically assistance, is noticeable and lacking at this location. Not at all a good representation of the organization. I will plan to go to UPS or Walgreens if dropping off a FedEx package.
Mike is kind and knowledgeable. He’s helped me multiple times re-printing my labels on spot when my printer has done a poor job on printing the codes. It’s a busy location & I’ve witnessed him trying his best to help everyone equally with a smile. It’s sad to see so many negative reviews.
Shipped my package out fine, but I was closed during posted open hours (~1:30pm) when I arrived. Had to wait around for quite a while for it to open. Kind of inconvenient and weird.
Susan was very friendly and fast.
