Printer didn’t work, wouldn’t print shipping label. Worker couldn’t do anything about it.
I had an incredible experience at FedEx, thanks to Neche. She was absolutely amazing, professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s rare to come across someone who truly goes above and beyond like she did. She made a complicated process feel easy and stress-free. FedEx is lucky to have her on the team. Thank you, Neche!
Usually don't have problems at this location, but the girl working today could use some customer service refreshers. Just not pleasant at all.
This location exceeded my expectations. The help I received from Neche was exceptional! She packaged my son’s laptop superbly and in the words of my son “ i can’t believe how nicely packaged that was lol”. I also had a moment of panic in the store when I could not find my wallet. Neche told me that it was probably in my car, not to panic and go check. She could definitely sense I was about to have a panic attack.
