At first I was hesitant about going to this location because of the reviews I read online but honestly I’m so glad i chose this location. The reviews had mainly been ripping into the old manager Sylvester, but he no longer works there and was replaced by Jen, a lovely woman who was incredibly kind and caring when it came to shipping my package. Store manager turned down the guy in front of me because he is too busy to do his job. This place is is hysterically bad. The manager here makes Walmart employees look great.

Incredibly poor experience on multiple occasions. No notification that Fed Ex no longer accepts recycled bags for packaging. This is a shame for our environment. Customers should have notification posted when prepaying for packages as well as signage in storefront. Update-the Fed-Ex down the street accepted the package with no questions asked.
