I visited this location for the first time on Monday around 12:45pm to ship a package using a prepaid QR code. When I arrived, the reception security gate was rolled down with a sign indicating the staff were out for lunch until 1:30pm. I noticed a male employee behind the gate and showed him my QR code, but he declined to assist and stepped away for lunch. Give it no stars work for courier company dropping off like I do everyday I never heard of it they charge a fee makes no sense at least post it up
