I used the Print&Go service on Aug. 18, 2026 at the outlet inside New York Marriott Downtown. The printouts of two shipping labels on 8x11 paper were too large. I successfully reprinted at the correct scaling. I sought a refund to my card for the misprints. The male attendant on duty (a Gen Z chap with an apparent Bajan accent, whose voice is also on the store's voicemail recording) advised me a manager is required to issue a refund but wasn't present. Fees over prepaid, inconvenient, dumb.
Um, FedEx should just close this location down. I came at 10:54 on a Friday, during business hours, and when I looked in from the outside, I didn’t see anyone but opened the door. As soon as I stepped in and could see the top of someone’s head behind the register, the man working looked up and huffed immediately. “Can I help you?” He said in the most irritable tone.
