Was very pleased with my sales sheets prints! They came out so beautiful and were great quality. Micheal (the sales rep) was very helpful, but Chris, the person who printed my order, did a fantastic job. Micheal also helped me with the in-store cutter. Great FedEx service!

This location does offer printing for shipping labels from email. The process is simple, the staff will provide you with a designated email address where you can send your label, and they’ll print it for you. As for cost, in my case I was not charged for the label. However, I want to be transparent, this may have been a special circumstance, possibly because Ryobi (the power tool brand) covered the expense. Lack of customer service. When I came here the first time there were 2 black women who worked here and they did a great job and provided great customer service however I come back thinking the experience will remain the same. It doesn’t. As someone mentioned they ignore people the guy Charlie and the white lady lack basic customer service of greeting. As one who routinely uses this site for self-service business shipping, I recently had to interact with the staff to resolve an issue. Mary patiently heard my issue, responded with a long (l-o-n-g) call to corporate, and later followed up via a phone message. Her customer service is "5-star" quality!
