Great staff, friendly and efficient service
Do Not Use The E-Sign Option. Just stay home to sign for the delivery in person. I tried to use e-sign on 11/28/2026 because my shipment needed a signature for Saturday delivery. I e-signed on Friday, and the FedEx website said I signed successfully, so I went out on Saturday to do errands. However the e-sign did not go thru, so the delivery driver did not leave the package.
