Lack of customer service. When I came here the first time there were 2 black women who worked here and they did a great job and provided great customer service however I come back thinking the experience will remain the same. As one who routinely uses this site for self-service business shipping, I recently had to interact with the staff to resolve an issue. Mary patiently heard my issue, responded with a long (l-o-n-g) call to corporate, and later followed up via a phone message. Her customer service is "5-star" quality!

Hope corporate sees this, the Store manager Michael needs to go back to training. Went in on a Saturday to pick up a package. Store had one working employee, a trainee, and a manager. Probably waited in line 15-20min while the employee was doing the best she could. Morgan and Bridgette were truly the best!! They helped me from the minute I stepped in and made copies for my invite suite. Couldn’t have left any happier.
