The FedEx is inside the hotel, not where gps will take you. I showed up at 7:20am and no one was in there.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had just to get ONE very important page printed that I had already paid for. It was an admission authorization to a prepaid State exam that I ended up missing SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. Store manager was 100% unapologetic for inconveniencing me and made zero effort to resolve the matter outside of having me drive across town to another location, which would have resulted in the same outcome.
