I sent an employee to drop off some packages for return & he was turned away due to a pregnant employee working? He offered to bring the packages to the back himself, but was told it’s a liability for them because their pregnant employee could fall. Y'all I’ve given birth to 3 kids and never have I ever heard of something like this. Your pregnant employee isn’t the only employee there & you should be able to do your job receiving packages rather she’s there or not. It’s not our fault you have a pregnant employee there. I had such a great experience at this FedEx! Stephanie completed my printing job quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. Jared went above and beyond when I needed my poster reprinted—he was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful in making sure everything came out perfectly. He is a great employee! Excellent customer service from both of them!
