Amazing customer service
I just needed to pick up a package I ordered from Lowe's but had to reroute to this location as it was a big package I didn't want sitting outside my home. As soon as I walked in a young man asked if I was dropping off or picking up. I told him I was picking up and told him my last name. He went to the back to check then came back asking if I had a vehicle large enough to hold it. I pointed out my car and he said "Ok, I'll be right back". I’m very grateful for the service I received today. I had to use the self service printer, but had a custom request with paper size. The staff was very welcoming and provided assistance. I was in an emergency situation and very stressed out due to the sensitive timing of my order. But I am grateful that the staff behind the desk where capable and caring. I walked out with a smile.

The staff here are always very courteous and efficient. Most of the laboratories I collect for still use FedEx. Great location.
