Walked in to do three simple returns with QR codes and the girl at the counter acted like I was an inconvenience. Didn’t greet me, didn’t engage, barely acknowledged me when I asked how she was doing. I’m sorry you’re having a bad day but maybe it’s time for your lunch break. Seemed hangry.

Donald started waiting on me at 12:59 pm. I sent the FedEx prepaid code to him at 1:08 pm. He said it would take 1-2 minutes to arrive and then disappeared into the back room with all the other male staff, leaving 1 female staff to wait in everyone. At 1:34 I had had enough and asked if Donald had disappeared? The lady went to get him and all the males returned. Donald never acknowledged me again. My transaction was complete by someone else. Never use this FedEx office!
