“I’d Rather Lose My Package Than Ask Her Another Question” I had a genuinely awful experience at this location. The employee girl at the front with glasses has one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered—rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. Very friendly stuff
Wow, when I saw the Google reviews, it had very high 2.8 ratings. I came to print a document on Feb 11 around 12:20 pm, but the printer wasn't working. We asked the lady with the glasses who was working; she was very rude and unable to help with customer needs. If you are the owner and you are seeing this review, if you hire these kind of people, you're going to lose your business, buddy. She was behaving like she was working for free, not getting paid.
I would have given 0 stars, if I could. The employee working the front desk was rude, inattentive and had zero customer service. Won't be coming back here anymore.
