If your package gets here be warned it is likely to get lost or just sit for weeks regardless of shipment level or cost. Customer service is abysmal and unfortunately many of them aren’t proficient in English which makes communication very hard. I would give 0 stars if possible and with all the FedEx employees stealing packages lately be safe and use a different company truly horrible experiences with FedEx.
Delivery was supposed to arrive 6-8 pm and arrived at 2 o'clock. Because of this, he could not hand me the parcel. I was waiting for this package for the New Year. Today is January 31st. And I can't give it.And all due to the fact that he arrived at not the appointed time.
