Visited to ship a box of 20+ books. There was a woman at the front when I walked in but ignored me for more than 5 minutes pretending she didn’t see me. I finally had to put the heavy box on the counter and a guy who was turned away looked at me. The woman still didn’t say a thing. Why do people get paid if they don’t do their job?

Obnoxious, unhelpful staff. They were unable to provide any shipping options, schedules or even prices without entering shipping details, and in order to enter those shipping details you have to provide ID. SERIOUSLY??? All we wanted to know was the quickest option for sending documents to Seattle, WA. FEDEX absolutely sucks. We ended up sending the shipment via a UPS store. The owner and even the UPS driver were able to provide all the information we needed without having to give our ID (or blood type!). I'll never consider... read more

I called ahead to verify that they could scan full size blueprints, 36x48'. Yes they can, however on the phone I was quoted $7 per page, its actually $10. The staff was helpful, but be aware pricing over the phone is never accurate with fedex, multiple locations said $7 or $6 per page but speaking to a manager in store the prices are all set the same in the area: $10 per page, black and white.
