Trust the comments here. Thought it was a fluke. Had to ship something insured through FedEx. One box has to be in another box for coverage. I wanted to secure this item myself but when I asked for some tape, they said only they are allowed to use the tape. And I would have to bring my item for them to tape. So if you have something valuable that you want to send and don't want anyone to know about, don't come here
It is incredible, yet completely disappointing that a company like FedEx — which charges premium prices — offers such poor service. I came in yesterday to send a package, followed the instructions to email the staff, and was told they couldn’t process the shipment because there was no internet service or the machines weren’t working. I waited over 40 minutes, then left and said I would try again the next day.
