We had such a positive experience printing at this location. Chris saved the day and helped us print a custom project. He worked so quickly and professionally. Will only be using this location for now on.
Shocked by how aggressively I was treated. I asked a basic question—whether a 9-digit account number for international shipping could be looked up using a phone number—since I wasn’t sure what it referred to. The employee immediately responded in a harsh tone: “No, I can’t look it up—you need to give it to me,” and then, “We need it so we don’t pay your taxes!” Completely unnecessary. The current rating does not reflect the current store and management. This location is the best FedEx office I've ever been to. Quick, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. I walked in, need help, treated the staff well and I was taken care of like a rockstar. Chris, the store manager, went out of his way to make my experience at this location so great. One of the men here is completely condescending. Through work I box and ship 100s of packages a month and have daily FedEx pickups, but due to the holidays I had to box up a shipment at home. I know how this all works…
