Friendly and helpful. Came here for some prints and they took care of me. Will definitely come back to this location.
The current rating does not reflect the current store and management. This location is the best FedEx office I've ever been to. Quick, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. I walked in, need help, treated the staff well and I was taken care of like a rockstar. Chris, the store manager, went out of his way to make my experience at this location so great. One of the men here is completely condescending. Through work I box and ship 100s of packages a month and have daily FedEx pickups, but due to the holidays I had to box up a shipment at home. I know how this all works…
Just waited for help from an employee who was meant to start work at 11. He never showed up, at least an hour late.
Called to ask if they had a specific box in stock, they took a moment to check, confirmed that they did. And then when I drive out there to buy it, they don’t have it i. Didn’t just sell the last one. Just fully didn’t check (or I guess forgot what I asked in the 10 second walk over to the stock). Waste of time and gas money.
