This company is the worst is a line of bad delivery services -- worse than both UPS and USPS. I can't get them to deliver my package, I can't reroute it because they think my home is a business (which it is not), and I can't get them to bring the package to a store for me to pick up myself. I can't get help with the package because every number I call sends me to a machine, and the machine doesn't recognize the tracking number or the door tag number they've given me. Regularly make package drop offs at this location and every person I’ve worked with has been helpful and upbeat, even when walking in 5 minutes to close.

This review is not about the people who work here, but about the system in general. I spent two hours and $100 (not including the voucher they gave me) to print 30 color pages. FedEx, please make the process easier — I will never print here again. Two stars are for workers who actually tried to help and were kind, otherwise I would give minus 100.
