I never leave reviews but i have consistently had such positive experiences at this location that i feel obliged to. The staff goes above and beyond in friendliness and they are very helpful. Its always a quick and easy experience when I come here whether it be for printing or shipping.
I dropped off an iPhone at this FedEx location and watched it get scanned in. After that initial scan, the package never moved and completely disappeared from tracking. When I went back to ask about it, employees claimed I never dropped it off — even after I showed them the receipt proving it was scanned at their counter. Being told I was lying despite having documentation was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially for a high-value item. This company is the worst is a line of bad delivery services -- worse than both UPS and USPS. I can't get them to deliver my package, I can't reroute it because they think my home is a business (which it is not), and I can't get them to bring the package to a store for me to pick up myself. I can't get help with the package because every number I call sends me to a machine, and the machine doesn't recognize the tracking number or the door tag number they've given me.
