Thanks to Lamar, I had a fantastic experience at this FedEx location! I needed to have my 800+ page medical board exam textbook de-bound and spiral-bound, which can be tricky due to its size. After reaching out to multiple FedEx locations, this store responded quickly, letting me know they could help and would try to keep it as one book (which I really wanted, although I knew it might not be possible). Lamar is amazing! I sent a print order that had an issue I did not notice in my file. Lamar proactively fixed the issue and had my print order ready on time. This saved me good money and lots of time. So impressed! This is the epitome of top customer service!
