Earlier this morning I was in an absolute panic trying to print a required receipt for a major exam. The internet was down at my house due to a storm, and with less than an hour until my test, I was scrambling to find a FedEx that was open. I called ahead and spoke with Ricardo, and honestly, he was the calm in the storm. I was stressed, emotional, but Ricardo stayed on the phone with me the entire time, helping me navigate where to go and how to find the FedEx location inside the hotel. During a particularly busy time, when their staff was swarmed after a huge convention next door, they still all managed to be extremely helpful, fast, and friendly. A++ and sincere thanks to the whole team!
I came here only after walking from another location that was closed. When I arrived I was told there were fees just to send and pick up items. Then I was advised I needed to have a FedEx account or provide license to ship items. I did not ship items and in fact decided to keep my money. This experience was terrible.
