Abysmal service and on top of it they slap on a service fee because it's located in a hotel. So not only it's impossible to find it. But then you have to pay for the privilege of finding this bloody place.

Inaccessible as it’s inside the hotel. Couldn’t get in without a key. Apparently they also charge a fee even for prepaid . Don’t even try this spot

They changed a $15 fee for any drop off. It is a rip off that you don’t know about until you get there.

Beware: There’s a handling fee (they were going to charge me $10 which is an absolute joke) since it’s not a standalone location. Save your time and money and don’t go here.

Every time I come to the convention center I usually use the FedEx at the Marriott but this time I decided to try the one at the Hilton since the convention center doesn’t have a business center. It is also much easier to get to from the convention center. Ricardo, Jordan, and Quenlyn were awesome. I wasn’t expecting to ship anything this event but ended up with two large cases.
