They changed a $15 fee for any drop off. It is a rip off that you don’t know about until you get there.

Beware: There’s a handling fee (they were going to charge me $10 which is an absolute joke) since it’s not a standalone location. Save your time and money and don’t go here.

Every time I come to the convention center I usually use the FedEx at the Marriott but this time I decided to try the one at the Hilton since the convention center doesn’t have a business center. It is also much easier to get to from the convention center. Ricardo, Jordan, and Quenlyn were awesome. I wasn’t expecting to ship anything this event but ended up with two large cases. Earlier this morning I was in an absolute panic trying to print a required receipt for a major exam. The internet was down at my house due to a storm, and with less than an hour until my test, I was scrambling to find a FedEx that was open. I called ahead and spoke with Ricardo, and honestly, he was the calm in the storm.
