Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
Unprofessional, moderately helpful. Disappointing.
Had a package held here for a few days, was a super easy pickup and they let me use their hand truck to wheel it to my apartment. Was a huge box and they helped me get it on the truck, never could have done it myself. Both people working were very nice and helpful
It’s like 1905 in there except if you call you gotta battle a robot to talk to a person. Staff is kind though
