Are the employees being held here against their will? There must be an explanation for this rude behavior. Plus I paid extra $4 for the shipment I have already paid $85 dollors before.
The star is because at the very least they had the materials I needed. There is a fee on top of shipping costs just for convenience it would seem. The two women that were to assist me essentially refused to assist me, and didn't offer any options for my issues, I had to ask if this was corporate owned just to get a shipping sleeve which is no cost. Would have loved to print using their computer but it is not functional. Seems like if you're willing to pay the fee they treat you better.
Got a poster digitalized and the quality is horrible
They’re going to charge you additional money even if you have a pre-printed label because they’re a convention center. Don’t waste your time.
