The people there were nice and cordial and explained the added fee. This review is of the location which makes them charge for “handling fees” to receive a package that already has a label paid for. Should have read the other reviews warning about this, that’s on me. Instead go to the FedEx in Prudential building. That location won’t charge for extra made up things.

Achtung, 10$ pro Paket Gebühr wenn man was ans Fairmont Hotel schickt oder bestellt. Amazon verteilt die Sendung auf 2 Pakete, dann darf man gleich 20$ zahlen. Service, wenn es keinen gibt, dann kann man die beiden Damen auch nicht bewerten (wäre aber eine 0 wegen der Arroganz).

Highly recommend using a different location. Employee was rude and insisted I would be charged an extra $10 for a prepaid package dropoff. I asked her why and she said it is because they are part of a hotel. The explanation made no sense. There's plenty of other locations in the area, so will take my business elsewhere.

I send via email a same-day print job that needed to be completed in under five hours, involving eight files with different print requirements. Melissa was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Even when I had to make changes to the specs and add extra items, she handled everything with patience, courtesy, and complete professionalism. Thank you, Melissa!
