INCOMPETENT AND EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! Avoid this location at all cost. I came to this location after speaking with FedEx over the phone and having them tell me to go there and that there will be no charge for my return. When I got there, the employee said that because they're inside a hotel, there will be a fee despite FedEx having said that there wouldn't be any fees for anything. Anywho, I asked how much would the fees be for the transaction and she stated that it would be $10 for the item I had, given it's size and weight... read more
Echoing what others have pointed out… there is a “drop off fee” here even if you’re shipping something that is prepaid.
