Nadine at this location is a gem and a lifesaver! When our printer shorted us on programs for our non-profit’s annual gala (starting in less than hour), Nadine was able to help us get the remainder printed quickly, efficiently, and ensured a high-level of quality. The reviews are bad because They charge $4 minimum for you to drop off any package, even if it has a FedEx pre paid label on it. Stingy. Go to any of the other locations instead
Doesn't do QR code online returns because "it's a hotel location" Either be a FedEx or don't
This office only accepts parcels for an additional fee. It is unclear why the office is accessible from the street if, according to the employees, it is for hotel guests.
This is a convenient location but there’s an up charge since it’s in a hotel. They waived my fee for the up charge though so not a big deal.
