This is a convenient location but there’s an up charge since it’s in a hotel. They waived my fee for the up charge though so not a big deal.
Extra fees because it’s in the hotel
From the FedEx site itself: "Shipments into and out of a hotel or convention center featuring a FedEx Office location are subject to receiving or handling fees in addition to the transportation charges incurred for shipping, regardless of the transportation carrier." Which is why they want $15 extra to process a return that you can take elsewhere for free. Avoid.
Was been told by the staff this location no longer take any package with prepaid return label. This should not display as a regular Fedex location on Google Map.
