I walked up to the doors carrying a huge box, John an employee opened the doors and carried my box to the counter. He got my receipt printed and the label attached in under a minute. 10/10 service, very glad I chose this location
Stop closing early and when customers are waiting outside with still 3 mins to scan items in. Then looking at us confused like yall aren’t closing early for drop offs.
Very negative experience and energy here, the three men act like they don't want to be there especially Levi. I'm sorry but if you don't like your job do something else... I'm just trying to get my package... crazy work when they have competitors and it's easy to seek this service elsewhere.
Huge shoutout to Levi and John — they were patient, super helpful, and went above and beyond to help us ship a massive, complicated package.
